Recent reports suggest that efforts to establish a Self-Regulatory Grievance Redressal Board (“the Board”), led by the IAMAI, is underway. We are making this draft “Code For Establishing A Self Regulatory Grievance Redressal Board” public in the wider interest of the citizens of India.
